Evolutionary Resilience

The Evolutionary Resilience Project

An open-ended research programme aiming at the modelling of how disturbances affect genetic diversity, and conversely, how genetic diversity at adaptive loci and characters can sustain population resilience.

This programme is open-ended and welcomes collaborators who want to lend a hand and get involved.
It is currently run by Ivan Scotti and Thomas Boivin, and it is in its early phases.

For a framing of the problem and of the programme, you can check out this video.

You can check the current development of the modelling code (in R) here.
